Developing compelling content across six unique zones within the flagship branch in downtown Toronto, our team curated and executed an annual playlist of over 100 dynamic creative pieces. These ran across nine synchronized screens, delivering an immersive brand journey that aligned with customer behavior and spatial flow.
We designed and animated the full experience—tailoring content to each zone based on audience touchpoints. As a result, dwell time in key areas increased by 40%, and the experience received overwhelmingly positive internal feedback.
Our visually striking creative concepts not only elevated the in-branch experience but also garnered adoption across the client's national marketing channels, expanding our work’s impact and reinforcing brand cohesion across media.
