​Eastlink is a telecommunications company looking to increase traction with Canadian consumers. Though many efforts were made to simplify the brand and its marketing and advertising materials, Eastlink wasn't communicating the desired genuine and approachable brand and voice.  

Our team understood the need for a clear brand and hello simple was born. The new platform featured an illustrative style of characters with abundant energy. We introduced a playful font and colour palette. As well, our approach to messaging was simplified. These new elements helped establish a new voice; simple, friendly, conversational and a little playful too. 

This exercise led to a full reimagining of Eastlink's core products and services as well as a total brand identity overhaul. This allowed us to shout our new identity across the rooftops — from St. John's, Newfoundland to Kewlona, British Columbia.
